No upfront costs for local candidates
As we all know the fees and charges are the most important factor when selecting a recruitment agency. We do not have any upfront costs. Advertising costs are included in our fees. You will only pay our fee after the successful placements. We charge a one-off fee based on a percentage of their annual retainer plus GST, unless we expressly agree in writing or by an exchange of emails that different fees apply.

For certain reasons, the candidate we offered for the role may not fit or may not stay long. If it happens, we will replace the candidate with a new candidate within 30 days at no additional cost. The replacement guarantee period for permanent recruitment is 12 weeks from the candidate’s start date.
The Replacement Guarantee means that we will use our reasonable commercial endeavours to find a replacement candidate for the position subject to our pre negotiated terms and conditions.
