Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Salespersonsin the Car Sales Industry!
Are you a proven salesperson with a minimum of 2years of sales experience in the automotive industry or other industries such astrucks, caravans, motorhomes, boats, auto parts & accessories, leisure&outdoor gear, white goods or retail sales? If so, we are looking for you! Ourclient is actively seeking experienced sales personnel for their new and usedcar departments.
About the Role

- Company car or car allowance for the right person
- 5-day working week (Monday to Saturday) with a weekday RDO

About You:
- Friendly, positive and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and quickly understand their needs and preferences
- Keen to provide solutions to fulfill specific requirements of customers
- Great team player, working effectively with the team to achieve shared goals
- Keen to learn and deeply understand the products and services you are selling, including features, benefits and competitive advantages
- Ability to negotiate with customers confidently
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges
- Hold a current Australian Driver's license
Responsibilities& Duties:
- Maintain a strong understanding of the features and benefits of the vehicles you present to customers
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery
- Follow up with customers and maintain records
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional manner
- Follow up on assigned leads and customers and maintain records
- Be an excellent team member and collaborate with other team members and management to exceed sales targets
