The Role
Our client seeks a Sales Manager for their new car sales department to manage and oversee sales operations. While experience in motor dealership sales/management is advantageous, candidates with a strong background in general retail and/or customer service are also encouraged to apply.
If you are an effective leader who can coach, motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets, understand KPIs and implement sales strategies, we are looking for you. You will also be responsible for achieving budgets, targets and manufacturer objectives, including timely submission of reports.

About You
•Experience in a sales management role or as a 2IC in sales
•Experience in automotive/dealership or high-volume sales management
•A high-energy, competitive mindset with a hunger to achieve targets
•Positive and confident leadership qualities
•Conflict resolution skills are an advantage
•Excellent at building and maintaining long-standing relationships with customers
•Strong influencing and negotiation skills with a customer service focus
•A leader who wants to grow with the business and be part of a strong, winning team
•Confident in negotiating and closing deals
